Playing Basketball

Last Basketball game of 2012. No substitutes so I got to run all 48 minutes fighting a flu. We start off down 10 points. Not looking good but Martin Guigui has a hot hand and we turn up the heat. We play all out D and offense. Final score 58-44 and we win by 14. Yeah Baby, that's what I'm talking about. I'm ready for my basketball rematch against my brother in NY next week. He's going down...
Now it's chicken soup, Cold Eeze and a hot bath and I'm ready to rock and roll tomorrow....

No Regrets

Hit the gym tonight for a little workout. Did a set of 505 consecutive sit-ups on a core ball. Set new mini fitness goal to achieve by end of December. Goal: A set of 1000 consecutive sit-ups and a set of 100 consecutive pushups and a set of 20 consecutive pull-ups.
